Shipping/Mailing Options
Option 1 - By Mail: No Charge
In the Comments box of the order form, write "Mail Certificate" if
you want us to send the Gift Certificate via the U.S. Postal Service,
regular mail (no insurance), at no charge. We will mail it upon
receipt of your order.
Note: This option will automatically be chosen for you if you don't
specify otherwise. The shipping charge noted in your order
confirmation will be deleted when we process your order.
Option 2 - By UPS: Minimum Charge
In the Comments box of the order form, write "Gift Certificate by UPS"
and we will ship the Gift Certificate via UPS, for a flat charge of the
minimum we regularly charge on shipping. This allows you to track the
progress of the shipment and to learn when it will reach, or has reached,
its destination. We will adjust the shipping charge when we process
your order. (Note: If you request Priority Handling, we will ship
via UPS and guarantee delivery within 5 business days for the posted
shipping charge for this service.)
A Gift Notice can be sent with the
Certificate, in a note on the Packing Slip. On the order form, you can
designate what you would like it to read.
Lost Certificates
Contact us to report lost certificates. If you provide us
with your Order Number or some other means of identifying the certificate,
we will void it (provided it has not already been redeemed) and issue a new
certificate.
How to Redeem Gift Certificates
To redeem Certificates or Coupons
when you place your order, be sure to indicate the following in the Comments
section of the order form: "Gift Certificate No. ___ (or Coupon) being
mailed to you."
Mail it with a copy of your Order (or
with a note and your Order Number) to:

Insure your Gift Certificate or
Coupon for its full value when mailing. We can only give credit for
Certificates and Coupons when we receive them.
We'll hold your order for up to 10
days, while we wait for your mailed Gift Certificate or Coupons to arrive.
Upon receipt of your mailed Gift
Certificate or Coupons, we'll deduct the amounts from your ordered items and
charge the difference to your credit card, then ship your order.
We will send you an e-mail
confirmation when your order is shipped.
Gift Certificate are also redeemable at our
store.
