Shipping Schedule
When Will You Receive Your Order?
Regular Shipping
- You will receive your order from within a few days to 2
weeks, depending on your distance from Philadelphia, PA, from where we ship.
Priority Shipping
- Your order will receive priority handling so that it will arrive
within 5 business days.
(Items not eligible for this service are marked
accordingly. During the peak holiday season, carrier delays beyond our control
may add 1-2 days to this schedule.)
If an item you order is unexpectedly out
of stock, we will advise you of the anticipated delay. There is no extra
shipping charge when we ship such items separately to complete your order.
Orders with payment by Check will take
an additional 10 days to ship.
Orders for larger quantities than
usually purchased for personal use,
and orders that are shipped directly
from the factory (as marked),
may take longer,
based on availability and carrier
logistics.
Orders for items that contain certain liquids, powders, and
gas
that require special handling may take longer.
Delays may occur when you make corrections
to an order, when incomplete or inaccurate billing or shipping information
was provided, and in circumstances not under our control, such
as weather-related delays and carrier error. As we're only human, we cause
a delay now and then, however rest assured that we will do our best to
correct our errors to your satisfaction.

ADD A COUPLE BUSINESS DAYS TO THE TRANSIT DAYS FOR PROCESSING.
If you already placed your order, you will receive
an e-mail confirmation when we ship it,
with a tracking link that will
give you the anticipated arrival date.

Although our small size sometimes precludes us from providing some
