When Will You Receive Your Order?
Regular Shipping
- You can generally expect your order to arrive from within a few days
to 2 weeks, depending on the shipping distance from our store in Philadelphia,
PA.
Priority Shipping
- Your order will receive priority handling so that it will arrive
within 5 business days.
- This service is available within the 48 contiguous states only.
Items not eligible are so marked.

ship it, with a tracking link for looking up the anticipated arrival

We ship exclusively to destinations within
the United States.
Deliveries are made by these Carriers:
UPS and the US Postal Service.
Delays may occur under the following circumstances:
Out of Stock - If an item
you order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will advise you of the anticipated
delay in shipping. There is no extra shipping charge when we ship such
items separately to complete your order.
Check Payments - Orders with payment by Check will take
an additional 10 days to ship after we receive your check.
Big Orders - Orders for larger quantities than
usually purchased for personal use,
and orders that are shipped directly
from the factory (as marked),
may take longer,
based on availability and carrier
logistics.
Liquid, Powder, Gas - Orders for items that contain
certain cooking liquids, powders, and gases
that require special handling by the Carrier may take longer. (Up to
a month for AK and HI.)
Delays may occur when incomplete or inaccurate billing
or shipping information was provided, when you make corrections to an
order, and in circumstances not under our control, such as weather-related
delays and carrier error. As we're only human, we cause a delay now and
then, however rest assured that we will do our best to correct our errors
to your satisfaction.

Although our small size sometimes precludes us from providing some
