Head-Height Adjustment for K45 Series Mixers
When you lift the head you will notice a screw at the hinge area, facing the
front. If the beater or whisk or dough hook scrape the bottom of the bowl,
or if they don't get close enough to the bottom of the bowl, slight screw in
or unscrew to change the head position. Lower the head and test on slow
speed before proceeding to add ingredients.
