Steam Pudding
These molds make a festive dessert.
Steam puddings are usually made on top of the stove, inside a larger
pot, on a rack above the level of boiling water. It can take a few
hours, but you can cut that time in half by using it in a pressure
cooker.
The central tube, by the way, guides more heat to the center
of the pudding, and helps it cook more quickly.
Please review the
simple, but important,
care instructions for tinned metals.
