Our site fantes.com does not store Cookies on your computer.
However when you click on an Order button, our Shopping Cart, which resides
Our Shopping Cart stores information
in a small text file called a "cookie" on your computer's hard
drive. In short, when you order something, Yahoo creates a file on its servers with that item, and a cookie file on your pc that basically tells it where it can find the item on its servers next time you add another item or check out.
If you prevent your browser from accepting cookies, the shopping
cart will not work and you cannot place your order through our website.
Note, however, that it is not necessary to keep our shopping cart cookie
on your hard drive after your order is completed. You can always delete
the cookie after you complete the order.
Cookies contain information about your visit. For
example, when you click to purchase an item, our shopping cart creates
a cookie that contains that item. When you complete your visit, some information, like
your e-mail address, is stored in a cookie, and will be retrieved by the
shopping cart the next time you click on buttons like Order or Send
Order and other buttons in the Shopping Cart.
Google Analytics may also leave a cookie which helps them
report to us how often our pages are re-visited.
Only the information that you provide, or the choices you make
while purchasing on our site, can be stored in a cookie. For example,
the site cannot determine your e-mail name unless you choose to type it.
Allowing our shopping cart to create a cookie does not give that or any
other site access to your computer, and only our shopping cart can read
its own cookie.
Cookies generally expire after a period of time, and
are afterwards disregarded by the Shopping Cart. You can
view cookies stored on your browser to find out their expiration dates,
if you're interested.
Browsers are initially
set up to allow the creation of cookies; however, you can usually specify
that you be prompted before our Shopping Cart, or any site, puts a cookie
on your hard drive, so you can choose to allow or disallow the cookie;
or you can prevent the browser from accepting any cookies.
