many of our customers already have.
Most orders are processed without a hitch, and our customers are happy.
Mistakes do happen, and when results are not what you anticipated, we hope
that you will contact us as soon as possible, so that we may correct the
error or problem. We want you to be a happy customer.
If you choose to rate our products and service, two weeks after placing
your order you will receive an e-mail from Yahoo!, with a link to the survey
form. (If you did not receive that e-mail, or if you wish to re-rate us, let us know and we'll ask
Yahoo! to re-send you the link.)
