It is difficult to decide which one is the right number for recipes that call for an exact number, such as #24 for chocolate cookie recipes. Body: I got two hard-to-find replacement parts for an expensive pasta maker at an incredible price, around $20. They shipped it very quickly via UPS, and the items were packaged carefully even though they were made of solid steel. They are exactly what we needed to start using our Marcato pasta maker! Fante's Kitchen Wares Shop has tons of replacement pieces and attachments for lots of your rarer or novelty kitchen items. I thought I was going to have to buy something from Italy, where Marcato is from, but Fante's is an American company working from the East Coast, I think Pennsylvania. My only complaint is with Fed Ex. My package arrived at their office in Sherman Tx. on the 19th of Dec. Was to be at my home on the 21st. It sat in their office until the 23rd. Sherman Tx is 45 miles from my house. Why this happened I don't know.
