Shipping/Mailing Options
Default Option - By Mail: No Charge
- When we receive your order, we'll deduct the shipping charge, and send the Gift Certificate via the U.S. Postal Service,
regular mail (no insurance).
Insured Option - By UPS: Minimum Charge
- In the Comments box of the order form, write "Gift Certificate by UPS".
- We'll adjust your shipping charge to the minimum we regularly charge on shipping. (Current rates for Regular and Priority Handling)
- - Your shipment is insured.
- - You can track the
progress of the shipment.
A Gift Notice can be sent with the
Certificate, in a note on the Packing Slip. On the order form, you can
designate what you would like it to read.
How to Redeem Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be used to purchase merchandise and in-store
services, and are not redeemable for cash.
Place your order and send us the Gift Certificate, and we will process your order when we receive the Gift Certificate.
In the Comments
section of the order form, write: "I will mail Gift Certificate No. ___ "

Insure your Gift Certificate for its full value when mailing. We can only give credit for
Certificates and Coupons when we receive them.
Lost Certificates
Contact us to report lost certificates. If you provide us
with your Order Number or some other acceptable means of identifying the certificate,
we will void it (provided it has not already been redeemed) and re-issue a certificate to the original recipient.
Coupons
Follow the same procedures as with Gift Certificates for redeeming authentic Coupons and Promotional Certificates.
Insure your mail for the full value when mailing. We can only give credit for
Certificates, Coupons and Promotional Certificates if we receive them. (Keep a copy for insurance purposes.)
