Global Knives
Differences in Global Series:
The seamless construction of Global knives varies according to Series.
All G, GS
and GF knives are constructed from three pieces: the blade and two
halves of the handle.
The GF knives have
a blade and collar that are forged as one piece.
The G and GS
knives do not have a forged collar.
The GSF knives are
a single piece of forged steel, without welds.
The two halves of the handle are welded
together and then the handle is welded to the blade.
For the GF knives,
the weld of the blade and collar to the handle is in the handle.
For the G and
GS knives, the weld of the blade to the handle is in the blade.
What do we like about Global knives? They feel good in the hand, they
hold their edge well, they look great. You'll notice by the above key points
that we chose knives based on features that appeal to our customers.
The Global collection is very large, and we have chosen the most popular
shapes and sizes that our customers prefer. Items not shown here are
available by special order; view the Global knives catalog, then

delivery timeframe.
