In the first section, complete the shipping and billing information.
If you have a Yahoo! account or e-mail address,
or use form-fill-in software, the information may be automatically filled in.
Double-check that it is current and accurate information, and complete any
missing blanks.
Choose the desired Shipping Method from the drop-down menu

button. (Shipping charges will update on the Shopping Cart above.)
If this is a Gift, you may wish to

website?
All this and more go in the Comments box and are communicated to us with
your order.
Note: Your Comments will also appear on the Packing List that
is sent with your order.
♦ To keep your Comments from appearing
on the Packing List, write them in a reply e-mail to the order confirmation
e-mail that you will receive after you place your order.
|
When you click the button, you may
be prompted to re-enter or fill-in incomplete information. Otherwise, you
will next see the Order Review page.

Common Errors & Error Messages
Can't add items to Shopping Cart
- This usually happens when either Cookies are not enabled, or when Java Script
is not enabled, or when a secure connection can't be made by an older browser.
To enable Java Script:
- Internet Explorer : Tools - Internet Options - Security tab - Custom Level -
Active Scripting (Enable or, better yet, Prompt)
- Or just change the Internet Security setting to Medium-High.
To enable Cookies:
- Internet Explorer : Tools - Internet Options - Privacy tab - Medium High
Add our Shopping Cart to your Trusted Sites:
- Our shopping cart resides on Yahoo! servers, and the address to add is: "store.yahoo.net"
(without the parentheses). Uncheck the box to "Require server verification
(https:) for all sites in this zone", as the shopping cart only becomes
secure (https:) when you get to the checkout.
Internet Explorer: Tools - Internet Options - Security tab - Trusted sites ->
set to Medium -> then choose the Sites button -> in the Add box, type
store.yahoo.net then click Add
Working behind Firewalls:
- Use of ZoneAlarm and other firewalls might restrict accessing to certain
Internet addresses, and there might be additional restrictions on Third Party
Cookies that your pc can accept. Review your Firewall settings or, if behind a
corporate Firewall, discuss this matter with your Network Administrator.
Can't open a Secure Connection:
- To test whether this is the problem, go to: https://www.microsoft.com (note the s
after http). If you can't get through to that site, then the problem is most
likely to be with your browser. To correct this, download a current version of
Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or another browser.
- If you're working behind a corporate Firewall, secure connections might be
blocked by default, so check with the administrator to see if it allows secure
connections.
Keeps asking for Yahoo password
- This usually happens when someone previously accessed a Yahoo service using a
Yahoo login and password. If you want to use your Yahoo e-mail address on the
order, fill in the password and continue. Otherwise, delete Cookies and
Temporary Internet Files, close the browser, open a new browser and try again.
- To delete Cookies:
Internet Explorer : Tools → Internet Options → Delete Cookies → Delete
All Cookies in Temporary Internet Files Folder? → OK
- To clear Temporary Internet (cached) Files:
Internet Explorer : Tools → Internet Options → Delete Files (or Browsing
History Delete) → OK
Internet Explorer 7: Tools → Internet Options → General Tab - Browsing
History - Delete → Delete Browsing History - Delete all... → Yes → OK
(For other browsers, check its Help files.)
Billing and shipping name/address/phone info is automatically filled in
- This usually happens when someone previously accessed a Yahoo service using a
Yahoo login and password. Delete Cookies and Temporary Internet Files, close the
browser, open a new one and try again (see above). If you want to use your Yahoo
e-mail address on the order, and your address and other information shown are
incorrect, you can click on the "Other" radio button and fill in the correct
information. Or you can go to the main Yahoo login page and change the
information in your profile.
- Some services, such as SBC Global (which merged with Yahoo to create AT&T
Yahoo), migrated all your settings and information to the new service, and would
automatically fill-in forms with that information.
- This can also happen if your browser's auto-c0mplete function is enabled, or
if you have other software, such as RoboForm.
- Yahoo!Wallet offers a free, secure way of storing and automatically filling in
forms with your credit card, shipping and billing information, which might be a
helpful feature for frequent shoppers to our site. (More...)

Shopping Cart Privacy Policy
As indicated above, Yahoo! hosts our secure ordering system (Shopping Cart)
and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information and protects
your privacy by only using this information in the aggregate and not in any way
personally identifiable with you.
If you accessed our store through the Yahoo!Shopping portal, Yahoo! also
automatically collects information about your shopping experience, to use only
as above.
Please see the Yahoo!
Privacy Policy for details.
Please see Fante's Privacy Policy for
more on how information is collected and used during the order process.
Any request we make for personal information is limited to that which is
required to respond to your inquiry (such as an e-mail address) or to fulfill
your order (such as credit card, address, etc.).
In order to maintain the information and products in the shopping cart, your
browser must be set to accept Cookies. Browser
cookies identify Yahoo! but store no personal information. When you're done
ordering, you can delete your browser cookies (usually through your browser's
Toolbox and Internet Options menus).

Shopping Cart Security
When
placing an order, we will only ask for your personal information after you click
to "Order" or "Checkout". Credit card and other personal
information is sent in a secure, encrypted manner to Yahoo!Shopping's secure
server. Similarly, we retrieve your order from Yahoo!Shopping's secure server
via a secure, encrypted channel.
Security statement from
Yahoo! Shopping:
Yahoo!
Shopping uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including
your name, address, and credit card information. We use the Stronghold secure
server, currently the second-best selling secure server software and, in our
opinion, the best product technically. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL
encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted
across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until we
receive it. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it
is stored on disk and when we forward it to the merchant.
Shopping online is considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The prevalent
opinion... is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers
than traditional 'low-tech' transactions." You should feel as safe as you would
using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not more so.
