Presentation affects taste perception, and these molds allow you to be
even more creative in the presentation of your food.
Cylindrical molds, or rings, can also be used to cook in, like baking
small presentation cakes and other goodies. Just put them on a baking sheet
before placing in the oven.
Cannelè is French for "fluted" or "scalloped" and comes from the Bordeaux
region of France. This sweet batter dessert and the mold itself carry the
same name.
Aspics are traditional gelatinous foods, served as garnishes or salads.
Timbale (kettledrum), or dariole, molds can be used for hot or cold
molding, with limits imposed only by your food savvy talent and imagination.
Our customers especially like to use them for Baba Au Rhum, so that's what
