Track Your Order
Thank you for your order.
The tools on this page can be used after your order has been shipped and you
have been notified by e-mail.
Sometimes there may be a delay between the time we send you the e-mail
confirming shipment and the time the carrier is able to provide tracking
Orders shipped via UPS
Note: Use the boxes below after
your order is shipped and after you receive
a Shipping Confirmation email from UPS Quantum View.
Results will only display for orders that have been shipped, including...
- Shipment progress - Location of
order while in transit.
- Anticipated delivery date - UPS
appointed date for delivery.
Orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service
We will send you an email with a Tracking Number
when we ship your order.
The tracking database at USPS is updated once daily, at night.
Email - Use the link provided in the email to track
or copy-and-paste the Tracking Number in the box below

Have your Tracking Number handy.
- The first e-mail
was sent to you when your online order was placed. It contains
the link to your Order Confirmation Page.
(If you did not receive this e-mail, see Error Messages,
- The second e-mail is sent when
your order is shipped. (If we shipped via UPS, it comes from
UPS Quantum View, and provides you
with the anticipated arrival date.)
- If you did not order online, you will not receive confirmation
e-mails. If your order is shipped via UPS, you can still use the Order
Number we gave you to track your order after it is shipped.
When attempting to track your order online,
you will get an error page if...
...you are using an invalid order number.
Make sure you keyed in only the number. (Did you enter it in the right
...you are using an invalid UPS Tracking Number.
Double check it for accuracy; it usually contains 18 letters and
numbers. (Did you enter it in the right form box?)
...your order was not yet shipped. Or
if shipped through a delivery service other than UPS. Did you allow
about a week for processing? Check your email in case we tried to
contact you about your order.
If it was shipped via UPS after you
receive our confirmation of shipping and you get an error, please try
again later, to allow the the UPS database to be updated.
If you did not yet receive our confirmation
of shipment by e-mail via UPS Quantum View, your order may not
yet have been shipped, or may have been cancelled if your e-mail address
was entered incorrectly or not at all. Please e-mail us with your order number
Multiple shipments may show on the tracking page.
This will occur if we shipped more than one package under your order
If it was shipped via USPS, and you
received our Shipping Confirmation email, and you don't get results from
the tracking link, try again later. The tracking database at the Postal
Service is only updated once daily, at night.
