Pie Crust Shields Set of 5

For use in traditional and convention ovens

- Carefully separate Pie Crust Shields.
- Place each shield on rim of empty pie dish and press in around outer edge of shields to match shape of dish. Remove.
- Place crust in pie dish and pour filling into pie shell.
- Place shields on edge of pie crust and overlap each shield until entire crust is covered. For smaller pies overlap "cut" in center of shields.
- To prevent end of shields from lifting up, gently press in sides of overlapped shields.
- Remove the shields from the crust for the last 15-20 minutes of baking. Times may vary with individual ovens.
- For frozen pies, leave shields on for entire baking time.
- After using, soak shields in warm water. (Dishwasher safe.)
