16 oz bag. Variable size compressed granules from 6.0 to 9.5 mm. 100% sucrose from EU sugar beet. Specialty ingredient for Liege and Belgian Waffles and Scandinavian baking. Doesn't melt as readily when wet or heated, so it keeps a sweet crunch, and it caramelizes on a baked surface. Pearls (also called Sugar Nibs) are mixed in the dough prior to baking.
