Fante's Cousin Nico's Suction Base Cheese Grater finely grates nuts, chocolate, hard cheeses, breadcrumbs, and vegetables, coarsely grates semi-soft cheeses, and shreds vegetables.
Includes 2 stainless steel drums.
2-3/8 x 2 in. hopper with safety pusher.
Suction base attaches securely to smooth, clean surfaces.

Drum A: Finely grates nuts, chocolate, hard cheeses, breadcrumbs, and vegetables.

Drum B: Coarsely grates semi-soft cheeses (cheddar or firm mozzarella) and shreds vegetables.

Wash drums in warm, soapy water. Wash stand and drain base well. Pull rubber base away about 0.25 in. and air-dry.
