Pink salt used to cure all meats that require cooking, smoking or canning.

Contains 6.25% sodium nitrite and 92% sodium chloride, as well as an anti-caking agent and red food color to distinguish it from other salts in your kitchen.

4.5 oz net weight
Use 1 level tsp for every 5 lbs of meat. Do not use as a substitution for table salt or sea salt.
