Instructions for Replacing Wire on Cheese Boards
Unscrew handle. Slide metal handle in marble slightly to the right. Insert wire loop. Slide onto metal bar. Push back in. At the handle end, bring wire across top. Screw handle knob over loop.
Wire should be aligned with groove on board. Misalignment by hitting side of marble board may cause wire to break. Use only for soft cheese.
